ENGLISH FOR HUMAN RESOURCES

Specialized English HR vocabulary learning platform

We organize online training courses, both individually and in groups, aimed at HR professionals with the desire to improve their technical English skills. What makes us special is our HR trainers, all English native speakers. This enables us to provide specific and in depth training in all topics. The duration of each session is 1 hour and they’re focused on vocabulary and practical exercises adapted to the participants’ English level. The goal is to provide easily expendable solutions, through the acquisition of the fundamental HR terminology for each thematic area, and practical exercises through case management and role play. Englishforhumanresources.com is aimed at human resources professionals who want to improve their level of English with a special emphasis on the technical vocabulary used in this sector: Human Resources Management students; Junior HR professionals; HR Generalists; Professionals focused in any specific HR function (Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Labour Relations, Talent Management, etc.), HR Managers and HR Directors.

GROUP SESSIONS

Online or in person (with a maximum of 4-5 participants), each session covers a different HR topic. The level is determined by the students’ English level and will be adjusted through the theory content and practical exercises (role plays and simulations) accordingly.

INDIVIDUAL SESSION

They are totally tailor made to the student’s needs (goals, content and number of lessons). The purpose of these sessions can go beyond language learning and can serve as a coaching service.
